Bujou’s world-class team then builds a bespoke website engineered for discovery and conversion—so your portfolio, shop, and story move with the same elegance as your work. Along the way, we map monetization pathways that respect your practice: limited editions, commissions, collaborations, and drops calibrated to your audience and ambitions.
The Capstone
The selected artist will be commissioned to create the feature lobby artwork for Precedent Developments’ next multi-family project—an iconic, high-visibility installation that anchors your practice in the public realm.

Who Is Precedent Developments?

Their arts-based approach treats marketing like curation: concept first, craft obsessed, and driven by narrative—spanning visual identity, editorial-level content, web and ecommerce, packaging, and experiential activations. Application Process
Our application is intentionally simple: just tell us who you are, what you do, and what your art is about. Share a short bio, your discipline and practice, and a glimpse of the work—links to a portfolio or a few images are perfect. No long proposals, no jargon—just your voice, your vision, and the pieces that best represent you.
