A flagship urban thermal spa conceived for a marquee Kensington corner—where a cave-like entry slips into an expansive, light-washed hydro hall. Our feasibility concept confirms the grandeur: bi-folding doors at arrival, a full hydrotherapy circuit, and boutique treatment retreats realized with precision.

Project Features
We organized the ground level around an editorial arrival sequence—floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors opening to a sculptural water feature, stone reception desk, and comfortable seating that meet the street with quiet theatre.
Beyond, the hydrotherapy spa gathers an expansive hot pool, cold plunge pools, infrared and traditional saunas, and a eucalyptus steam room; a cave-inspired ramp slowly submerges guests into the hot pool for an immersive first act.
Deliverables include space planning, conceptual floor plan, high-fidelity renderings, a build-cost benchmark (~$2.5–$3.0M), and a contributor roadmap—base-building engineering, hydro-specialist design, and plumbing requirements—to de-risk tendering and accelerate approvals.
Bi-fold Open Arrival, Built for the City
Floor-to-ceiling bi-folding doors stage a grand, street-facing welcome, revealing a calm interior anchored by a water feature, sculptural stone desk, and lounge-grade seating. The sequence elevates first impressions while streamlining wayfinding into the spa core.
Cave-Entry Hydro Hall
A long, ramped passage draws guests into the hydro hall, slowly submerging them into the expansive hot pool and setting a restorative rhythm from the first step. Cold plunges, infrared and traditional saunas, and a eucalyptus steam room complete a ritual of heat, chill, and rest.
Experiential Treatment Retreats & Lux Amenities
Massage and skincare suites are paired with specialty salt/rain rooms to heighten sensory experience and service differentiation. Luxurious changerooms and amenities reinforce the boutique standard while supporting efficient circulation between treatment and hydro zones.
