Our feasibility concept proves a 16,000+ sq ft indoor program can carry a full hydrotherapy circuit, an indoor/outdoor lazy river, and boutique F&B without compromising serenity.

Project Features
We mapped a two-level program anchored by an experience-driven arrival: a marble check-in set on a bridge over the main spa, centered on a glass-enclosed waterfall with dedicated entries for hydrotherapy and treatments. The hydro hall assembles an expansive hot pool, multiple cold plunges, infrared and traditional saunas, a eucalyptus steam room, and an indoor/outdoor lazy river—with a cave-inspired ramp that gradually immerses guests into the water. Above, treatment retreats and a Nordic-inspired restaurant overlook the spa, creating elegant viewlines, tight adjacencies, and clear revenue-per-visit opportunities for the bid.
Suspended Waterfall Arrival
A bridge-like reception floats over the hydro hall, oriented to a two-story, glass-enclosed waterfall and a sculptural marble desk. Dual check-in paths discreetly divide hydro and treatment guests, accelerating flow while staging a moment of quiet theatre.
Immersive Hydro Hall + Lazy River
An expansive hot pool, cold plunges, infrared and traditional saunas, and a eucalyptus steam room choreograph the classic heat–chill–rest ritual. A cave-inspired ramp eases guests into the water, while the indoor/outdoor lazy river adds a signature, slow-motion circuit.
Upper-Level Retreats & Culinary Overlook
Massage and sensory rooms are planned as experiential retreats on the upper level, protected acoustically and primed for premium services. A Nordic-inspired restaurant—charcuterie, wellness cocktails, coffees—overlooks the spa and connects to treatments, elevating dwell time and spend with effortless adjacency.
