Head of Construction

As Head of Construction at Precedent Developments, Myles Winnicki oversees all field operations, scheduling, and trade coordination across our residential and commercial projects. He leads the construction team from pre-construction planning through to final occupancy, ensuring every build meets our quality standards and timelines. Myles plays a key role in vendor selection, cost control, and site safety, drawing on over three decades of hands-on experience. He collaborates closely with our design, development, and client service teams to deliver a seamless construction process. His leadership is central to our ability to scale projects efficiently while maintaining the craftsmanship and integrity Precedent is known for.

With over 39 years in the industry and more than 600 homes successfully built, Myles Winnicki offers an unparalleled depth of construction knowledge. His experience spans every aspect of the building process—from land acquisition and design coordination to vendor negotiations, site supervision, and final delivery. Myles has led teams through complex custom builds, multifamily developments, high production pipelines and high-end renovations, always with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. He has developed and implemented scheduling systems, cost-control procedures, and safety programs that ensure every project runs smoothly and on time.
