Russell works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to guide projects from concept through completion, balancing financial performance with design integrity. He also drives business development, strategic partnerships, and long-term planning to position Precedent at the forefront of Western Canada’s real estate landscape. His role connects big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution, ensuring every project is both visionary and viable.

Russell Petiot brings over a decade of experience in real estate, business operations, and strategic growth, with a deep understanding of how to scale and manage complex projects. Holding a degree in Financial Analysis and Entrepreneurship from Mount Royal University, he blends financial acumen with practical leadership across all aspects of development. His background includes national-scale business expansion, organizational leadership, and operational oversight—ensuring every detail is accounted for from planning through execution. As Co-founder of Bujou Studios Russell has helped shape some of Canada’s most forward-thinking real estate brands. He now brings his depth of knowledge and commitment to excellence to Precedent Developments offering clients and investors the confidence that every project will be managed with integrity, precision, and long-term vision.
