He also drives business development, strategic partnerships, and long-term planning to position Precedent at the forefront of Western Canada’s real estate landscape. His role connects big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution, ensuring every project is both visionary and viable.
Russell Petiot brings over a decade of experience in real estate, business operations, and strategic growth, with a deep understanding of how to scale and manage complex projects. Holding a degree in Financial Analysis and Entrepreneurship from Mount Royal University, he blends financial acumen with practical leadership across all aspects of development. His background includes national-scale business expansion, organizational leadership, and operational oversight—ensuring every detail is accounted for from planning through execution. As Co-founder of Bujou Studios Russell has helped shape some of Canada’s most forward-thinking real estate brands.
